Hotel Accommodations - Mission Point Resort will serve as the headquarters for this event.  Rooms start at $359* and you may make a reservation online or call (800) 833-7711 mention Home Builders Association of Michigan to make reservations or add additional days to your reservation.  The room block will not be available after Monday, July 11, 2022 so it is best to make your reservations early. 

Ferry Service – Shepler’s Mackinac Island Ferry is the official ferry service of the event leaving from Mackinaw City and St. Ignace. The roundtrip group rate is $23/adult, $14/child (5-12), Free/child (Under 5). Free self-parking is available offsite with shuttle service. Purchase discounted tickets online with the code HBAM2022 and at the ticket booth onsite mention Home Builders Association of Michigan to receive the discount.

Horse Drawn Shuttle Service / Taxi - There is a horse-drawn hotel shuttle for transports guest and luggage to the resort. The service is $7 on person and cash is paid directly to the driver.  For taxi service while on Mackinac Island, directly call Mackinac Island Carriage Tours Taxi at (906) 847-3323. Horses are changed between 12:00 - 2:00 pm so there may be a delay in luggage delivery and shuttles at that time.

President's Reception for Friends of Housing (FOH) - Hear State Senator Jim Stamas (R-Midland) and State Representative JoeTate (D-Detroit) to see how FOH works to elect legislators. The cost to attend is $100 and 2022 Millennial Club members are free.  Personal checks are payable to FOH or register online. 

*The above room rates do note include 6% sales tax, 3% local assessment, 10% resort levy.  A one time charge of $6 per person will apply for luggage transfer from the mainland to the resort and back. Children 17 years or younger stay for free.  Children 12 and under eat for free i designed outlets. $25 additional per guest for triple and quad occupancy.
