Event Description:
Find out how our elected leaders in Lansing can help address the state’s growing housing challenges. The HBA of Michigan helped create a new housing coalition made up of local economic development organizations, the Michigan Municipal League, chambers of commerce, non-profit housing groups and others concerned about the growing housing attainability crisis in our state. This coalition has come together in support of 15 key recommendations. Learn more about these policy recommendations and what legislative action may be forthcoming. While this session will feature the Senate Assistant Minority Leader and the House Democratic Leader, the HBA Pro-Series will include sessions with leaders from both political parties in the weeks ahead. It is critical that policy leaders hear from you on the challenges impacting the housing marketplace in your communities. Here’s your chance to add your voice.
